Every Holtmore order includes our Refill plan. This policy explains how you can pause, change or cancel it.

Refills

Your first refill is charged 28 days after your order, then every 28 days, until you cancel. Each refill is 1 bottle. Prices are listed in our Terms of Service.

You can pause, delay, change or cancel your refills at any time, with no fees. Use our Manage Subscription page, or email support@holtmore.com with your order number, and we will take care of it. We confirm every cancellation by email. Cancelling stops all future charges.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming refill, please cancel before your next refill date. Orders that have already shipped are covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
